I'll probably go over my games yet again in the next year and cull a bunch more games, as really my end goal is just Capcom/Nintendo/Sega and a few select other releases that I really want physically. I want to continue doing that, and focus on Super Famicom next. I've also started replacing more PAL boxed NES games for Japanese Famicom/FDS releases. I also managed to get a complete Game and Watch boxed collection (that took the best part of at least a decade to complete). I even have a load of PCBs from their arcade only stuff. I have almost every single physical release, every console port etc. The rest is just Gamepass now.Įxpansion wise I've grabbed loads of Capcom releases from the original Famicom releases all the way to MH Stories 2. The thought crossed my mind, but I'm still not ready to part with mostly all my collection and I’m content with multiple editions of certain games like Uncharted 2 even though I have the Nathan Drake Collection on PS4, in both physical format and on PS+. Xbox One stuff Ive gotten rid of almost all except for the Horizon games (since those get delisted). I only kept Burning Rangers, Deep Fear and of course - Panzer Dragoon Saga. I got rid of almost all of them for Japanese releases which are much nicer, and take up way less space.

I keep originals where the remasters differ in some ways - for example my original Shenmue's are going nowhere, neither is any of my Yakuza/RGG releases.įor the Sega Saturn, I had a load of PAL games and those cases are awful. 1 PS4 disc is much better compared to 3 PS3 Uncharted discs in terms of space. For example:Īnything with good remasters (like TLOU, Uncharted etc.), I get rid of the originals. I've been reviewing my collection quite a bit, cutting back on some while expanding other parts.
